These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GameTops at gametops.lt (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
GameTops provides game server monitoring, listings, voting, rankings, and optional paid promotion features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.You are responsible for all activity under your account.You must provide accurate information.We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Rules.
4. Server listings
By adding a server, you confirm that:
You own or are authorized to manage that serverThe information you provide is accurateYour listing complies with our Rules
We may remove, edit, or ban listings at our discretion. Auto-discovered servers may be claimed by verified owners.
5. Voting and rankings
Votes and rankings are provided for community discovery. We do not guarantee specific placement, traffic, or player counts. We may adjust or reset votes if manipulation is detected.
6. Recommended and sponsored status
Recommendedstatus depends on automated verification of a GameTops backlink on your registered website. Status may be revoked if verification fails.Sponsored/Boostfeatures are time-limited paid services. Terms of each purchase are shown at checkout.
7. Paid services
Prices and features are displayed before purchase.Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.We may change pricing with reasonable notice.Abuse of paid features may result in cancellation without refund.
8. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. server descriptions). By submitting content, you grant GameTops a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.
You must not submit content that is illegal, infringing, offensive, or violates third-party rights.
9. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:

10. Intellectual property
GameTops name, logo, design, and platform code are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. GameTops is not affiliated with or endorsed by game publishers unless stated otherwise.
11. Third-party links and services
The Service may link to third-party websites (e.g. server owner sites, Discord). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
12. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accurate server data at all times, or specific results from listings or promotion.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAMETOPS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR €50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GameTops from claims arising from your use of the Service, your listings, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations or operational reasons. You may delete your account by contacting us. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, liability limits) will survive termination.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Lithuania / your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [your city/country], unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
