What is GameTops?GameTops is a free game server monitoring and voting platform. We track live server stats and help players discover active communities across CS2, Rust, Minecraft, FiveM, and other supported games.
Is GameTops free?Yes. Browsing servers, voting, and adding a basic server listing are free. Optional paid features (such as server boost and banner ads) are available if you want extra visibility.
Which games are supported?We support popular titles including CS2, CS 1.6, CS:S, Rust, Minecraft, Garry’s Mod, Team Fortress 2, Left 4 Dead 2, Valheim, ARK, FiveM, SA-MP, Battlefield 4, and more. See the homepage for the full list.
For players
Do I need an account to browse servers?No. Anyone can browse server lists and view live stats without registering.
Do I need an account to vote?Yes. You must be logged in to vote for a server.
How often can I vote?You can vote for the same server once per day.
Why does a server show 0 players or outdated info?Monitoring runs on a schedule. If a server is offline, blocking queries, or misconfigured, stats may be delayed or unavailable. Try again later.
What is a “Recommended” server?Recommended servers are verified by GameTops. The owner linked their project website and added a valid GameTops backlink, which we check automatically.
What is a “Sponsored” server?Sponsored servers have purchased promotion and appear with special highlighting at the top of listings for a limited time.
For server owners
How do I add my server?Create an account, go to Add server, choose your game, enter IP and port, and submit. Your server must be online and reachable.
Can I add a server I do not own?No. You may only add servers you operate or have permission to manage.
My server was auto-discovered. What does that mean?We automatically find public servers from sources like Steam and FiveM. If yours appears without you adding it, you can claim it as the owner.
How do I claim an auto-discovered server?Open the server page, click Claim this server, and provide your project website. We verify ownership by checking for a GameTops backlink on that site.
How do I get Recommended status?Add a link to GameTops on your project website, for example:

Enter your website URL when adding or editing the server. We recheck the page periodically.
Why was my server removed or banned?Common reasons: prolonged inactivity, rule violations, fake or duplicate listings, offensive names, or abuse of the voting system. See our Rules page.
Can I edit or delete my server?Yes. Logged-in owners can edit descriptions and delete their own listings from the server management page.
Account & technical
I forgot my password.Use the password reset option on the login page.
My account was blocked.Accounts may be blocked for rule violations or abuse. Contact us via the Contact page if you believe this was a mistake.
The site is not loading server data.Try refreshing the page. If the problem continues, the monitoring service may be temporarily unavailable — check back later or contact us.
